By ticking "Send me news and special offers by email" when you sign up, in
your account settings or in the offer shown in your account, you agree to
receive marketing emails on the terms below.
1. Who sends them
Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer ("we"), who runs AiSearch,
INGDG, DataHunter and the Konspekt program. He works as a private individual:
no company has been registered. If one is, we will name it here. Contact:
hello@ingdg.com.
2. What you will receive
- news about our services and programs: new features, changes, updates;
- special offers: discounts, promotions, plan and license deals.
Emails come only from the brands listed above. We do not place third-party
advertising in them and do not pass your email address to anyone for
advertising.

Email, to the address in your account.
4. What data we use
Your email address and your name, if you gave it, to send the email and
address you by name. Together with your decision we store its date, where you
made it (sign-up or account), the site and the version of this text. The legal
basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The data is stored on our servers in Germany, together with your account. It
is processed as described in the privacy policy of the site where you gave
your consent.
5. It is voluntary
Consent is optional. You can sign up and use our services without it; without
it you only receive service emails: email confirmation, password reset,
payment and order details.
6. How long it lasts and how to withdraw it
Your consent is valid until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time,
free of charge:
- with the "Unsubscribe" link in any of our marketing emails;
- in your account settings;
- by writing to hello@ingdg.com.
Withdrawal applies at once to all brands: AiSearch, INGDG, DataHunter and
Konspekt.
