This Privacy Policy explains what personal data INGDG processes, why, and what rights you have.

INGDG is run by Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer, as a private individual. No company has been registered for INGDG; if one is, we will name it here.

Account Data: Email address and name provided via Authentik SSO authentication. Technical Data: IP addresses, API request logs, model identifiers, token usage metadata, and timestamps.

Your data is used exclusively to operate the AI routing platform, balance infrastructure load, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide usage analytics in your Dashboard. We DO NOT use customer prompts, API logs, or enterprise data to train or fine-tune public LLMs.

We send news and special offers by email only to people who gave separate consent. The terms are in the consent to marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.

Data is stored on our servers in Germany. Connections to the service are encrypted (TLS). Technical logs are kept for a limited time to fix errors and prevent abuse. Account data is kept while your account exists; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise your right to be forgotten, data portability, or to withdraw consent, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.
