INGDG respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in compliance with GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and other applicable data protection laws.

Account Data: Email address and name provided via Authentik SSO authentication. Technical Data: IP addresses, API request logs, model identifiers, token usage metadata, and timestamps.

Your data is used exclusively to operate the AI routing platform, balance infrastructure load, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide usage analytics in your Dashboard. We DO NOT use customer prompts, API logs, or enterprise data to train or fine-tune public LLMs.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Technical logs are retained for 30 days by default. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may configure custom retention policies in your Dashboard.

You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise your right to be forgotten, data portability, or to withdraw consent, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.
