Terms of Service

By accessing or using INGDG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

INGDG operates on a managed pay-as-you-go model. You are billed based on actual token usage and active agent runtime. Subscription plans are also available. Access may be suspended if your account has an outstanding balance for more than 15 days.

You agree not to use the platform for generating malware, phishing content, violating applicable laws, or bypassing security restrictions (jailbreaking). Rate limits are enforced to protect infrastructure from abuse. Current limits are displayed in your Dashboard.

INGDG provides the service AS IS. We are responsible for API uptime, request delivery, and router availability but NOT for the accuracy, hallucinations, or content of responses generated by third-party LLMs (Llama, Qwen, GPT, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

All input prompts and AI-generated outputs belong exclusively to you, the customer. INGDG claims no ownership over your prompts, completions, or fine-tuned model weights.
